As I have experienced all facets of entrepreneurship directly, and understand the benefits of having a coach- and of being a coach- I am passionate about sharing this knowledge and helping businesses to grow and prosper. Consequently I decided that, after the sale of my two companies, I would take the step of starting to coach and advise entrepreneurs, like you, unlocking access to my vast network/partner base to help you grow.

What is Custom made?

Advising is always made to measure. That is why we determine the advice process together, based on your questions and wishes. Subsequently, we will draw up a tailor-made plan with levers that give you a better idea of your own mission and goals and how to realise them. During the trajectory, I will coach you to make sure you keep a sharp focus on achieving the defined set of goals.

Our first meeting is,  of course without obligation. In this exploratory meeting we look at whether our personalities, ideas and energy fit together. This is crucial in order to be able to work together in good faith and with success.

I focus in particular on SMEs that have largely passed the start-up phase.  My speciality is helping those companies, who’s next step is in-house, but who are not quite getting off the ground due to internal or external blockages.     Met twee bedrijven onder mijn hoede die allebei in een andere groeifase zaten, werd het tijd om iemand in te huren die op mijn niveau kan sparren en meebouwen aan beide zaken. Jeroen is aan de slag gegaan en een aantal knelpunten had hij snel boven tafel. Hij heeft processen geoptimaliseerd, werkwijzen efficiënter gemaakt en heeft medewerkers productiever gekregen.
